Highland Games and Festivals Highland Games are a favorite with participants and spectators alike. Musicians, dancers, and athletes of all backgrounds vie for recognition in traditional activities of the Scottish Highlands. HLSPB competes in Grade IV of the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association. The picture at left shows the caber toss at Loon Mountain, New Hampshire in 2000.
